golang-go-systemd-dev software package provides Go client bindings for systemd socket activation, journal and dbus, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install golang-go-systemd-dev
golang-go-systemd-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the golang-go-systemd-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep golang-go-systemd-dev *
